LSS GEN3 SA SAVAGE AXIS | SLING SWIVEL GRND POD

MDT is excited to announce the expansion of its revolutionary LSS GEN3 Chassis System with an inlet offering for the Short Action Savage Axis!

The Savage Axis is a budget-friendly bolt-action rifle known for its out-of-the-box accuracy, rugged construction, and reliability, making it a favorite among hunters and new precision shooters. With the addition of the Savage Axis to the LSS GEN3 lineup, owners of this popular platform now have access to MDT's most versatile chassis. The LSS GEN3 significantly boosts ergonomics, modularity, and precision—transforming the Axis into a highly capable system for long-range target shooting or backcountry hunting. It also adds compatibility with AICS-pattern magazines, allowing shooters to push the performance of their Axis rifles even further.

These new configurations join existing models for Remington 700 Short Action, Savage Short Action, Tikka T3/T3x Short Action (left and right-handed), Tikka T3x in a right-handed Long Action, Tikka T1x, Howa 1500 mini, Howa 1500/Weatherby Vanguard Short and Long Action and the CZ 457, expanding the system's reach across popular rifle platforms.

The LSS GEN3 system is offered in a modular format: customers select their desired inlet, choose a buttstock adapter, and then pick from a lineup of mission-specific handguards. With the addition of these new inlets, MDT continues to set the standard in modular rifle chassis design, ensuring more shooters can experience the precision, adaptability, and performance that define the LSS GEN3.

Also being released is a Sling Swivel Mounted MDT GRND Pod bipod! The Sling Swivel mount allows you to keep your rifle streamlined while using our high-performance and lightweight MDT GRND Pod. The MDT LSS Gen3 and MDT GRND Pod are available now at mdttac.com and through authorized MDT retailers.
